We know moving in can be stressful and there’s lots to think about, that’s why we want to help make your heating and electricity one less thing to worry about when you move in.
As part of the package, you’ll have access to a library of advice articles including:
- How to use your heating system
- Getting set up with a supplier
- Understanding your energy bills
- Saving energy at home
You’ll also receive a checklist and journal when you move in. This will cover all the steps for getting set up with an energy supplier, as well as what to do for the first month you move in. Even if you’re very confident with your energy supply, sometimes problems can creep up. We’re also here to support if you need some expert advice on any problems that come up.
