Changeworks Home Heating Competition, Terms and Conditions

  1. By entering the competition, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. 
  2. The competition is being run by Changeworks Resources for Life Ltd  (‘The Promoter’) CHANGEWORKS Resources for Life Ltd. is a company registered as a charity in Scotland and limited by guarantee.   3. The competition is free to enter. 
  4. Entrants must be aged 16 or over and cannot be an employee of Changeworks Resources for Life Ltd. and its subsidiary companies, their families or any other organisation directly connected with the administration of the draw. 
  5. To enter the competition, complete our online Changeworks Home Heating quiz and provide your contact details via our website and opt in to be entered into the prize draw: How much do you know about saving energy at home? (riddle.com)
  6. Competition entries will be included until 11:59pm on Saturday 30 March 
  7. Only one entry per household will be allowed. 
  8. Changeworks will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate. 
  9. The competition closes at 11:59pm on Saturday 30 March. The prize draw to select winners for the three vouchers will take place on Sunday 31 March 2024. 
  10. The three vouchers to be won will be selected at random from all valid entries received. Each winner will receive a voucher worth £100 from One4All. Final selection and approval will be at the discretion of Changeworks. The vouchers will be purchased by Changeworks and delivered directly to prize-winners. 
  11. Prize winners will be notified via an email or phone call. 
  12. No expenses incurred in connection with the prize draw (competition) will be paid other than as set out in these terms and conditions. 
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize or part thereof with a prize of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances and/or withdraw or amend the promotion at any time without prior notice. 
  14. Should a prize winner be unable to accept the prize or not respond to the Promoter within five days of the notification date, the Promoter has the right to draw an alternative winner. 
  15. The prize must be accepted as offered, is non-transferable and cannot be refunded or exchanged. 
  16. By entering this promotion you agree, if you win, to participate in related and reasonable publicity at the request of the Promoter (including promotional photographs and interviews) without further recompense. 
  17. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into in respect of all matters to do with this promotion. 
  18. The Promoter will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries or any claims as a result of being lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, or because of technical failures or otherwise, including such failure which is within the control of the Promoter or its agencies. 
  19. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will automatically render a prize draw entry void. 
  20. The name and location of the winners will be available one month after the prize draw closing date and will be available online at www.changeworks.org.uk   
  21. By entering the prize draw, you consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Changeworks for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy policy.
  22. Changeworks will at all times process entrants’ personal data in accordance with GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018. For more information please see our privacy policy. 
  23. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with this promotion. 
  24. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and third parties connected to the Promoter hereby expressly exclude: by statute, common law or the law of equity; by any entrant or winner in connection with any prize draw or any entry.
