East Lothian Solar Usage Questionnaire Prize Draw

  1. This draw is open to those who are signed-up to the East Lothian Solar Usage project, are aged 16 or over and who have completed the East Lothian Solar Usage questionnaire.
  2. Entrants must be aged 16 or over and cannot be an employee of CHANGEWORKS Resources for Life Ltd. and its subsidiary companies, their families or any other organisation directly connected with the administration of the draw.
  3. Entry into the prize draw is made by completing the questionnaire.
  4. Entry is optional – survey respondents opt in by submitting their name, phone number and email address when prompted.
  5. Only one entry per household.
  6. The questionnaire closes at midday 19th July 2024.
  7. The prize draw will be made within two weeks of the survey closing date.
  8. One winner will be selected at random and contacted by email or phone.
  9. The prize consists of one £50 Love2Shop e-Gift voucher. No alternative prize or cash equivalent is available.
  10. Changeworks’ decision is final.
  11. Changeworks reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, change the survey closure date or to withdraw the prizes at any time.
