We are delighted that Changeworks has achieved the internationally recognised ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems (QMS) certification.
ISO 9001:2015 provides a framework and set of principles that ensure a common-sense approach to the management of the organisation to consistently satisfy partners, clients, and other stakeholders.
It is the most widely used QMS standard in the world, with over 1.1 million certificates issued to organisations in 178 countries.
Changeworks’ Project Management team have been certified since September 2018, but we have now attained ISO 9001:2015 for all of our Edinburgh, Inverness and Fort William operations.
This includes carbon and fuel poverty reduction activities concerning advice, education, research and analysis, and programme management of energy efficiency and low carbon projects.
Changeworks prides itself on our sustainable practices, quality and customer-focused approach and commitment to developing our workforce. ISO 9001:2015 complements other certifications such as ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems), Investors in People (Platinum) and Investing in Volunteers.
Stuart Hiles, Senior Quality and Improvement Manager at Changeworks, said: “We’re really pleased to receive this prestigious accreditation. It’s a testament to the hard work of our people in embedding quality across the organisation.”
The certification was provided through NQA, a leading global independently accredited certification body, providing assessments of organisations to various Management System Standards since 1988. Stirton Consulting were appointed to provide valuable guidance, support and practical assistance.
