We understand how important it is to make the most of your housing, heating and tenant data.  

Whether you’re a local authority or a housing association, we can help you use the data you already have, as well as from a variety of other sources, to help you make evidence-based decisions and plans for your own housing stock and overall strategic plans.  

We have worked with housing stock data from over 30 registered social landlords, and have completed the data analysis in 15 Local Heat and Energy Efficiency Strategy (LHEES) projects across Scotland.

By using maps, Power BI reports, or easy-to-follow StoryMaps, we can bring your housing data to life.

This can be done a stand-alone service, or in combination with housing stock analysis.  Our expert analysis will provide a baseline for your project to be a success.
