The Conference will take place at Dynamic Earth. Dynamic Earth is a 20-minute walk from Edinburgh city centre. Details on how to get there by bike, public transport and car can be found on their website along with details of parking charges for the 24 hour car park located under the venue.
Your ticket includes entry to the Conference, tea and coffee in the morning and afternoon, and a fork buffet lunch.

Yes there will be photography and video recording on the day. By attending a Changeworks event, ticket holders consent to be photographed and filmed as members of the audience. The resulting images and recordings may be used to promote Changeworks and its activities in print, in the media and online. If you do not wish to be filmed, photographed and recorded please notify a member of staff on arrival at the event.
If the conference is cancelled, you’ll be entitled to a full refund. If the conference is postponed due to reasons beyond our control, your ticket will automatically be transferred to new dates. All sales are final and refunds will not be provided for cancellations or non-attendance by attendee.
Changeworks will process your personal data for the purposes of delivering the Changeworks Connects event. We will process your name, email address and the name of your workplace to fulfil this purpose. Your personal information will be held for three months after which point it will be anonymised.
