Working together, they will ensure your home’s retrofit is carried out to the highest standards, with exemplary customer service throughout.

Marc Brammer

Senior Retrofit Coordinator

Marc has spent much of his working life tackling the climate crisis. As a trained energy assessor, and soon to be certified Retrofit Coordinator (Level 5), he has a wealth of experience when it comes to understanding home energy efficiency. Before joining EcoCosi, Marc established and ran a successful solar panel and battery installation business in Glasgow.

As our Senior Retrofit Coordinator, Marc brings his skills to every step of the retrofit process. From compiling the initial whole home report, to scheduling installations, right through to end-of-project assessments, Marc is passionate about getting the best results for every project.

Dimo Peev

Retrofit Coordinator

Dimo’s career in sustainability started when his students’ union asked him to volunteer for one of their projects. He hasn’t looked back since. His background is in community engagement and providing advice to households where he developed a passion for connecting with people.

In recent years, Dimo has worked as a private sector landlord advisor where he trained to be a Domestic Energy Assessor. Later, he worked with businesses and charities as an implementation advisor, helping them improve the energy efficiency of their premises. Before joining EcoCosi, he managed a team of people providing energy advice in Changeworks.

At the moment, Dimo works closely with Marc to provide the EcoCosi service to households in Scotland looking to retrofit their homes and is involved in the evolution of EcoCosi to become the leading retrofit agency in Scotland

Jason Imrie

Technical Assessor

Jason has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, during which time he has been involved in project delivery across a wide range of disciplines. For the last 16 years Jason has worked with local authority clients. His roles in the energy efficiency sector have included quality assurance inspector, construction site manager, site supervisor, tradesman, joinery apprentice, among others.

John Robertson

Technical Assessor

John has with over 25 years’ experience in the energy efficiency and construction industry. His skillset includes both installing and inspecting insulation works, making him invaluable when it comes to identifying potential problems and devising effective solutions.

Having worked on numerous energy efficiency projects in southeast Scotland, John has a track record in enforcing high standards of quality of works as well as liaising with residents to discuss and overcome challenges.

Marek Vrabec

Quality Assurance Inspector

With over three years of experience supporting householders through Home Energy Scotland, Marek has worked as both an Energy Advisor and Technical Officer.

As an Energy Advisor, they provided guidance on fuel poverty, energy efficiency improvements, renewables, water conservation, and low-carbon transport.

Marek’s Domestic Energy Assessor qualification enabled them to take on the role of Technical Officer. In this capacity, they conducted detailed surveys of domestic properties and generated comprehensive reports, applying their specialized knowledge of homes to provide tailored solutions for helping households reduce energy consumption and improve sustainability.

Iain Davies

Supplier Engagement Manager

Iain leads our supply chain engagement and development team at EcoCosi. Working closely with installers throughout Scotland, Iain has grown robust local supply chains. This is crucial groundwork for meeting the country’s net zero ambitions. In addition to installers, Iain has been building up a network of manufacturer relationships as well as engaging with skills providers to facilitate the expansion of retrofit in Scotland.

Iain is a highly experienced supply chain manager for successful UK businesses in the energy, food, drink, and agricultural sectors, including over 12 years working for the malt whisky industry.

Finlay Watt

Supply Chain Assistant

Finlay is a member of the Changeworks graduate programme. In his role with the Supplier Engagement Team, he assists with developing supply chain and retrofit capabilities as EcoCosi is rolled out across Scotland.

Colin Wheatley

Client Advisor

Colin is a member of the Changeworks graduate programme. In his role with EcoCosi, Colin is responsible for general administration and customer relations as part of our Service Delivery team. This involves refining process development and ensuring satisfactory client journeys.
