Post-Install Support Feedback Survey Prize Draw

Terms and Conditions

  1. By entering the competition, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
  2. The competition is being run by Changeworks Resources for Life Ltd  (‘The Promoter’) CHANGEWORKS Resources for Life Ltd. is a company registered as a charity in Scotland and limited by guarantee.   3. The competition is free to enter and open to everyone that:
    – received an insulation measure, an Air Source Heat Pump or Solar PV as part of a project managed by Changeworks; AND
    – received at least one post install support email guide; AND
    – completed the post install support feedback survey.
  4. Entrants must be aged 16 or over and cannot be an employee of Changeworks Resources for Life Ltd. and its subsidiary companies, their families or any other organisation directly connected with the administration of the draw.
  5. Entry is optional – survey respondents opt in by completing the prize draw question and submitting their contact details.
  6. Only one entry per household per survey link, which means a maximum of three entries into the prize draws – one for each guide (Insulation, Solar PV, ASHP).
  7. There will be a total of two prize draws. Competition entries will be included until 11.59pm on Sunday 31st August 2025 for the first prize draw and 11.59pm on Saturday 28th February 2026 for the second prize draw.
  8. The prize draws will take place no later than 1 month  following the final submission deadline.
  9. The feedback surveys will close at 11.59pm on 28th February 2026.
  10. Three winners per prize draw will be selected at random and contacted by phone or email, with vouchers emailed OR posted to the winners.
  11. Changeworks will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
  12. The prize consists of one of three £50 Love2Shop Vouchers. No alternative prize or cash equivalent is available.
  13. Changeworks’ decision is final.
  14. Changeworks will at all times process entrants’ personal data in accordance with GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018. For more information please see our privacy policy.
  15. Changeworks reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to withdraw the prizes at any time.
