Stay Warm and Save this Winter Feedback Survey Prize Draw

Terms and Conditions

  1. By entering the competition, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
  2. The competition is being run by Changeworks Resources for Life Ltd  (‘The Promoter’) CHANGEWORKS Resources for Life Ltd. is a company registered as a charity in Scotland and limited by guarantee.   3. The competition is free to enter and open to everyone that has completed the 12-week Stay Warm and Save This Winter journey and completed the feedback survey.
  4. Entrants must be aged 16 or over and cannot be an employee of Changeworks Resources for Life Ltd. and its subsidiary companies, their families or any other organisation directly connected with the administration of the draw.
  5. Entry into the competition is made by completing the journey feedback survey.
  6. Entry is optional – survey respondents opt in by completing the prize draw question and submitting their contact details.
  7. Only one entry per household per survey.
  8. The feedback survey will close at 09:00 on Friday 25th April 2025.
  9. The prize draws will be made on Wednesday 30th April 2025.
  10. A winner will be selected at random and contacted by phone or email, with vouchers emailed OR posted to the winners.
  11. Changeworks will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
  12. The prize consists of one £50 Love2Shop Vouchers. No alternative prize or cash equivalent is available.
  13. Changeworks’ decision is final.
  14. Changeworks will at all times process entrants’ personal data in accordance with GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018. For more information please see our privacy policy.
  15. Changeworks reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to withdraw the prizes at any time.
